Welcome — we’re Brad and Sue.
We’re empty nesters with two grown-up children, and family remains a big part of our lives.
We’ve always loved to travel and have now visited more than 41 countries, with plenty more still on our list. One of the things we value most about the way we work today is choice — particularly the flexibility to take our business with us rather than putting life on hold.
With a laptop, phone and internet connection, we can work from different locations while still making time for travel, family and the experiences that matter to us.
For us, that’s what creating a life with more choice is really about.
We're passionate about working with motivated men and women who want to create this level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives.
Why We Started Looking for Something Different:
We had built a successful real estate business, but it came with long hours, weekend work and a lot of responsibility. Too often, work dictated our time and family had to fit around it.
We weren’t ready to stop working. We simply wanted a different way of working — one that gave us more flexibility, more freedom and more time for the people and experiences that mattered to us.
We wanted our work to fit around our life, not our life around our work.
It was time for a CHANGE:
After 12 years of running a profitable real estate business, we made the decision to close it and look for something that better suited the life we wanted to create.
We knew we still wanted to work and have purpose, but we wanted less stress, more flexibility and greater control over our time.
For us, it wasn’t about walking away from work. It was about finding a better way to work.
PERSONAL GROWTH HAS ALWAYS MATTERED TO US:
Personal development has been part of our lives since our twenties.
Over the years we've read, learned and completed courses that challenged the way we thought about success, responsibility and what's possible when you're willing to make a change.
So when we discovered a business connected to personal development and leadership education, it naturally caught our attention.
Our New Life:
We discovered an independent business model within the personal development and leadership education sector.
What initially caught our attention was the flexibility. What became equally important was the personal growth, the people we met and the ability to build something around our life rather than arranging our life around work.
It's a business, and like any business it requires commitment, effort and a willingness to learn. But for us, it offered something our previous way of working couldn't — more choice.
